Put Board settings icon somewhere else when description is hidden
The pencil inside the description box makes sense, but it's a link to all board settings.
When the board does not display a description, it is extremely inconvenient to get to the board's settings. Instead, board settings should be clickable when you're on the board itself, even when the description is not present.
