Votonic should have an open API System that allows other programs such as JIRA to get events.
Example Use Case Flow
A team completes a vote in Votonic App (e.g., approve/reject a project proposal).
The Votonic App sends a webhook or API event when a vote passes or reaches a threshold.
An automated integration service receives this event and, using Jira's REST API, creates a new Jira issue with details about the vote—such as summary, description, and relevant metadata.
The new Jira issue contains a link or reference to the original Votonic decision for auditability (e.g., vote ID, results, timestamp).
Jira notifications are triggered as usual, alerting relevant team members.
JIRA would definitely be useful. If Votonic was also available to take stuff from Mattermost it would be helpful too since my college focuses on Game Development and uses mattermost for the game studio. We before used Redmine so an API for multiple platforms would be ideal.
